I’m a Marketing Manager at Rocketship Public Schools, a national network of public elementary schools built around the belief that every kid deserves a great education — regardless of zip code.

My path here wasn’t linear. I started as a 2nd grade teacher and special education teacher through Teach For America in the Bay Area. From there I moved into school leadership and operations before finding my way into communications and marketing.

That background shapes how I work. I care about clear writing, understanding what people actually need to hear, and building processes that hold up over time.

I’m based in Chicago. Originally from Tennessee. Vanderbilt grad. Conversational in Spanish.
